
Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA) is a hotel management school in Manipal, Karnataka, India. It was established in October 1986 as a unit of Dr. TMA Pai Foundation in association with Welcomgroup, the hotels divisions of ITC Limited. Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration was the first Indian Hotel Management Institute listed by The Council of Hotel, Restaurant Institutional Education (CHRIE)[citation needed]. In the academic year 2003-2004, the institute was transferred to Manipal University.
The school offers a 4-year degree course in hotel management. It is affiliated with Manipal University. Among its notable alumni are Indian-American sommelier Rajat Parr of San Francisco, California. Vikas Khanna , an Indian chef, restaurateur, food writer, and humanitarian based in New York City, Hari Nayak, chef, restaurateur, author and food consultant based in Princeton, New Jersey.

The College was established in October 1986 as a unit of Dr. TMA Pai Foundation.
In August 1987 the Foundation joined the Welcom group, the hotels division of ITC Ltd. (a corporate sector organization). Welcom group is a hotel chain having linkage with Starwood Company of USA. WGSHA’s training and development activities are recognized by the International Hotel Association, Paris. From July 2003 it has become a constituent college of Manipal University
